The working environment isn’t as rigid as it used to be, and we’re starting to love the flexible working thing! Flexible working means quite literally having the flexibility to work at home, in a café or switching your time between the office and various other spaces.

Presenting more working options can only benefit an office, as it gives each person the opportunity to decide on where they’ll work AND comes with plenty of benefits.

Reduce Stress and Pressure

Working 5 days & 40+ hours a week can be a lot of pressure when you’re busy, and deadlines are looming. The workplace can be a distracting place, as there are a lot of people around, higher noise volumes and it’s easy to get side tracked.

Working at home, with your personal belongings and home comforts around can be enough to settle the pressure and bring a sense of calm.

Supporting a home & work life balance

We work to live, and it shouldn’t be the other way around.

The right amount of time to work is the hours you are set to work, anything outside of this should be used to unwind and relax. Working hard and creating a career path is important, but so is mental health and enjoying the better things in life.

Flexible working hours are there to suit those with different lifestyles and commitments in their life.

Work Your Own Way

Isn’t it so much easy to get your workload done when you choose how it’s completed? We think so!

Every person within a business has strengths and weaknesses, different thought processes & this is what makes an office great. Working in different ways and giving individuals the autonomy that’s needed to work in a way that suits them is a winning strategy.

By letting others use their strengths in and out of the workplace, the morale and productivity will go through the roof.

Boost Concentration

Seeing the same 4 walls, day in and day out can become a little bit monotonous.

Switching up the room, the venue and heading back home to finish emails is all the motivation needed to get your head down. Concentration levels and productivity can be boosted with the mix of work place environments and the flexibility to choose your own office each day.
